I am an enthusiastic person and researcher. I like to build things. I would describe myself as very curious and eager to learn in both professional and personal contexts.
In November 2025, I finished my Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Robotics (Cum Laude) at the Italian Institute of Technology of Genoa in the Robotics Brain and Cognitive Sciences (RBCS) research line, within the Curriculum of Cognitive Robotics, Interaction, and Rehabilitation Technologies.
My principal research interest is Human-Robot Interaction (HRI), with a focus on shared perceptions in joint actions with humanoid robots. The thin line between human and artificial intelligence has always fascinated me. I chase the idea that starting from human observation, we can design and develop models to improve the efficiency of the machines during collaborative HRI.
